Through the Regulatory Compliance Officer Level 4 apprenticeship, your team will learn to navigate complex compliance requirements.

- Assessing a business against the law &/or relevant audit standards.
- Working with businesses & providing information, advice & guidance (IAG) on complying with relevant legislation.
- Collecting & analysing business data.
- Plan and deliver compliance support services in line with business expectation.
- Carry out activities in line with their organisation’s regulatory outcomes - ensuring business prosperity and consumer/environmental protection.
- Work within the organisations policies and procedures and the law.

To be eligible for our apprenticeship courses, you must be in employment and residing in the UK for the past three years.

"With extensive experience in quality and compliance, as well as a strong background in training development and delivery, I am qualified to deliver the Lean Manufacturing Operative Level 2 course. Over the past ten years, I have managed the quality and compliance for a million-pound training business, developing a deep understanding of quality assurance and regulatory requirements. My role as Training Director at Clear Quality Limited, along with previous positions, has equipped me with a robust skill set in creating and managing training materials, systems, and qualification standards. My experience includes the application of lean manufacturing principles to enhance production efficiency and quality control. My proficiency in lean techniques, such as continuous improvement, waste reduction, and enhanced quality control, will be directly beneficial for teaching the core competencies of this apprenticeship."
